Vienna is more similar like Budapest as we were together in the monarchy. We also have beautiful avenues and old apartment buildings too. Even the Opera house looks very similar. The Christmas market is a multiple times award winner event here in Budapest so it’s worth to see it.

I would choose the the districts 17, 18, 19 over the inner districts. Just like the more green. But you have to commute longer to the UN. On big difference USA/ Austria and I think Germany as well is the different social "status" For this apartment in Austria you belong to the Upper class where in the US its upper middle-class. I can relate so much to what you’re saying! While I am grateful for the perks we have for living in a modern age (freedom, getting closer to equality, science, medicine, etc) I do feel younger generations are loosing traditional values. When I look back at footage from both ww eras I am amazed by how strong people were then. Even when having close to nothing people still dressed up, constantly came up with creative ways to stretch all resources, people worked with their hands, children weren’t attached to screens and created games, people created beautiful items as hobbies. I don’t ignore the fact that racism misogyny was high and people were cruel to those they thought were less and that is something that should never come back. However general values of then are good for the soul, and that’s why I love vintage and starting to make the leap into it then ❤

I always cook from scratch using herbs and veges I've grown. Recently I started making herb salts, and syrup from Rosemary and Mint. It's a pity the majority of people forget how tasty homegrown and homemade is compared to processed crap!

I haven’t done a wetset yet but I’m pretty pleased with the result. ❤ I mostly set my hair for the stage (I do burlesque performances) and have rather fine wavy hair so I thought it would also help regarding the forgiveness of this haircut and it seems good to me.

I am glad to have viewed this and noting this is 11 mos ago. This issue continues.😢I Am a multi-year customer for myself and another family member. I placed an order on 3/20/2024 for an event in 7/2024. I was a bit bothered by the length of time this appeared to be taking. Earlier this month (May), another friend said they hadn’t received an order placed either in January or February w/no response to outreach. I looked at my order which still showed as in Creation. As of 5/20/2024, no movement. I started bombarding through phone, the website, and CEO on LinkedIn and today the BBB w/a complaint then belatedly noticed my order is in cutting and stitching. Here’s hoping I’ll receive by the middle of June.

I am kicking myself for not putting more research in this company. In early March I made an order for two dresses. 1 for an event in April and one as an office dress. 7 emails, 4 web site “help” messages 3 phone calls that lead to a voice mail box and 2.5 months later I don’t have my dresses. I got the canned response saying there was “quality control” with the fabrics. Which doesn’t make sense because why would you host a dress available to make an order if you don’t have fabric in stalk to make the dress? I know the pandemic threw all companies into a loop for productions, but this is just dishonest marketing. Why have so many dresses available, when you don’t have the fabric for it? There are no disclaimers on their website stating that there orders are still being hindered by the pandemic. I am wondering if this company changed owners who are running it into the ground.a shame.

I desperately need a haircut 😂 I've been cutting my own hair for 12 years now and since then I've only been to a hairdresser 4 times and I regret every single one of them. I'm a bit frustrated with my hair at the moment. I've been loosing chunks every day for a few weeks now. I'm 4 months postpartum and it's scary how much hair I'm loosing so I've been reluctant to do a wet set or anything that could stress my scalp at all.

Thank you for sharing this information. I recently ordered from them. It has been 3 months since my order. There was no response from them until I reached out to them. I had heard many good things about them. However, this experience has disappeared me greatly.

@TheGlambassador: Thank you for posting this video, where you provide a respectful and very fair update without any of the typical drama involved. However, it is straight up fraudulent practice to continuously advertise products, when the company is clearly unable to follow through on producing the merchandise on time or at all, and at this point, offers no customer support, as it is absolutely impossible to reach them by any means (believe me, I have tried). I would have more patience and understanding if they would hold off on charging the customers at the time of placing an order and wait until they actually made the garments and shipped them out. If they had any respect for their customers, they would do the honorable thing and update us on what is going on, or maybe even put the sales on hold while they work their issues out. Whatever your outlook on the situation, they are not operating above board. I had not shopped with them in a couple of years, and there were always minor issues in terms of quality and sewing over the years, but nothing to suggest that they would handle things as poorly as they did with my last order, placed in November of 2023. After months of waiting and being reassured that they will fulfill my order, they actually cancelled most of it without my request or permission, but under my account, it looks as if they fulfilled it, and their bank continued to claim that they delivered the entire order to me because they had a tracking number. I received 3 out of 19 items in that very tardy shipment. There was no information on their end regarding the size or weight of the package, and I couldn't find any of that information on the actual package, either. Contesting the charge with my credit card company has been an absolute nightmare. Luckily, we eventually won the arbitration, and I received credit for the majority of the items. I'm out one item that is unwearable, whereas the other two are more or less usable. There is no excuse for putting loyal or new customers through this type of experience. Reading over their current Facebook and Better Business Bureau complaints, as well as the experiences of more than a few Redditors, does not put them in a good light at all, and I would strongly recommend against doing any kind of business with them in the near future.
